This website can be visited without any request for personal data, except for communication purposes. Furthermore, sensitive data are never collected and therefore never processed. 2.2 Personal Data
The email address is used for the purpose of communication with its holder.
3 Recipients
Iatroudakis Consultancy is the sole recipient of the data mentioned in section 1. These data are not communicated to third parties for any reason, and this includes marketing or selling of goods or services. The data may be communicated to the proper judicial, police or other administrative authorities after a legal request from them and in accordance with the current laws.
4 Controller
The host of this website (Stadon Lab) collects and processes the technical data of section 1.1 and the Consultancy has no access to these. The personal data of section 1.2 are collected and processed by the Consultancy (contact information).
5 Rights
The visitor has the rights of information, access and objection, according to articles 11-13 of N. 2472/1997.
